My interest in counseling stems from a genuine curiosity about people and the stories they carry. I've always been drawn to discussions about life's challenges, the decisions we make, and how our experiences shape our perceptions of ourselves and the world around us.
Through both my personal experiences and my psychology training, I've come to value the significance of having a space where you can speak openly without feeling judged, rushed, or expected to have all the answers. Sometimes, what we need most is the chance to pause, untangle our thoughts, and make sense of what we are carrying.
In my work with clients, I aim to provide a safe space where you feel comfortable exploring whatever is on your mind. Whether navigating change, facing uncertainty, struggling with relationships, processing a loss, or simply trying to understand yourself better, I believe there is value in slowing down and giving yourself the space to reflect.
I view counseling as a collaborative process. Instead of offering solutions, I hope to hold up a mirror—helping you recognize your strengths, understand patterns that may no longer serve you, and find meaning in your experiences. My hope is that our conversations leave you feeling a little clearer, a little lighter, and more connected to yourself.
