My interest in mental health began years ago when I volunteered with Befrienders KL, a suicide prevention hotline. Through that experience, I witnessed the struggles and sense of helplessness that so many people face when dealing with mental health challenges. Those experiences sparked a passion in me to make a difference, eventually leading me to pursue a master’s in clinical psychology to better support those in need.
In my work, I value being open, authentic, and honest. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection—a space where you feel safe, heard, and free from judgment. My aim is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where you feel empowered to explore your struggles, gain deeper insights into your experiences, and work toward meaningful goals that matter to you.
I see therapy as a shared journey—a process where we can make sense of the past, navigate the present, and build a future that feels right for you. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need someone to talk to, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this path.
