I began my counseling journey with the aim of becoming a 'better' person. However, as I explored counseling further, I realized it was less about self-improvement or finding solutions to my perceived issues, and more about accepting myself as I was. Once I found peace within myself, I could start envisioning and planning a positive future. 

Your challenges will differ from mine, so subtle and unique that it might be hard to imagine anyone else understanding what you're experiencing. I don't claim to fully grasp what you're going through or offer a solution that will resolve all your issues.
