There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.
This quote by Maya Angelou encapsulates the essence of my clinical practice. I believe that everyone possesses a unique narrative that deserves to be shared in a safe, non-judgmental environment. My path to becoming a clinical psychologist began with a profound interest in human behavior and a sincere desire to support individuals through difficult times.
Through my experiences as a helpline volunteer and my work in the special educational needs sector, I have learned that trust is the cornerstone of effective therapeutic work. I strive to create a warm and safe environment where we can collaborate, allowing you the opportunity to reflect, feel heard, and make sense of your experiences. I believe that each individual brings their own strengths and life stories into the therapeutic process.
I recognize that beginning therapy can be intimidating, and I am dedicated to making this journey feel collaborative and accessible. If you are looking for a supportive space to explore your challenges and build resilience, I would be honored to accompany you on your journey.
