I have always been intrigued by the human mind—how we think, feel, and interpret our experiences. Over time, that curiosity deepened as I observed how challenging it can be for individuals to discuss mental health without fearing judgment or misunderstanding.
Even today, conversations surrounding mental health can often feel uncomfortable or are sometimes avoided altogether. I have witnessed how easily struggles can be misinterpreted or labeled in ways that do not accurately represent a person’s true experience. My journey through therapy revealed to me the profound impact of feeling heard and having a safe space to express oneself.
I have faced moments of self-doubt, questioning my capabilities and readiness. Navigating through these thoughts has allowed me to become more reflective, patient, and compassionate. It serves as a reminder that growth is not about having everything figured out, but rather about progressing in ways that resonate with you.
As a trainee clinical psychologist, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can share openly. I will listen with care and understanding, supporting you in exploring your experiences and discovering meaningful paths forward. You are welcome to come as you are; we will take it from there.
