I’ve always been curious about what influences the way people think, feel, and behave. Like many others, I enjoy spending time on the internet observing interesting events that have gone viral. However, what intrigues me most isn’t just the events themselves, but how people interpret them. I’m often captivated by the various perspectives presented in the comments, and I find myself pondering the motivations behind people's actions and the diverse ways others respond. Rather than jumping to conclusions, I frequently ask myself, “How would I have felt or reacted if I were in that situation?”

Prior to this training, I worked as an educator. During that time, many students felt comfortable approaching me with their struggles. I believe this comfort stemmed from my sincere effort to understand their experiences and to view things from their perspective. I hold that empathy is one of the essential ingredients for self-discovery and the healing process.
