My interest in psychology began during my high school years and gradually deepened as I was exposed to more information and insights about mental health and psychology. As I learned more about human behavior, emotions, and personal experiences, my fascination with understanding how individuals are shaped by their life experiences grew. This curiosity eventually evolved into a profound passion for psychology and the helping profession.
Having experienced challenging times in my own life, I came to realize how significantly mental health can affect an individual’s well-being, emotions, and daily functioning. These experiences reinforced my decision to pursue Clinical Psychology, with the hope of assisting others through professional support, knowledge, and therapeutic guidance. I believe that approaching ourselves with honesty and self-awareness can be a crucial step toward growth and healing.
I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming and challenging. I strive to create a safe, understanding, and non-judgmental space where you can be heard and supported. I believe that through collaboration, a strong therapeutic alliance, and each person’s inherent capacity for growth, meaningful progress and self-understanding can gradually unfold.
