I am a trainee counsellor aiming to create a secure and supportive environment for you to explore, discover, and grow in ways that are meaningful to you.  

My passion in psychology and mental health began during college, where I took a pre-art therapy course alongside my Film degree. It was there that I encountered psychology courses and developed an interest in understanding the unique experiences and stories of others.

My background in arts has influenced me to appreciate and offer a therapeutic space that fosters self-expression and personal growth. I hope to bring openness and empathy into the counseling environment, supporting clients as they explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace.
