Sanghamitra (aka Sangha) is a licensed and registered clinical psychologist. Having completed her studies in India, she joined HELP University as a lecturer in the department of psychology in 2022. During her time in India, she worked with a variety of clientele, including children with ASD and ADHD, as well as younger and older adults with depression, anxiety disorders, problems with addiction, bipolar disorder and psychotic conditions like schizophrenia.

In therapy, Sangha uses an eclectic approach combining psychoeducation, supportive psychotherapy, CBT, and MET among others. Her goal is to help her clients lead a better life and become fully functioning individuals.
