From a young age, I have been intrigued by people and their behavior, eager to understand what drives them to act in certain ways. This curiosity became more personal as I observed my loved ones struggling with their mental health, often leaving me feeling powerless. My curiosity, coupled with these feelings of helplessness, has fueled a strong desire to gain a deeper understanding of human behavior and to acquire the skills necessary to provide meaningful and effective support to those in need.

My experiences have shaped my belief in the power of an authentic, nonjudgmental, and compassionate relationship to help individuals navigate life's challenges and facilitate growth and healing. Therefore, as your trainee psychologist, I am committed to creating a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to live in ways that resonate most with you.
