During my teenage years, I felt the immense pressure of making decisions about my future, along with the burden of living with their consequences. I often found myself wondering: what if I make the wrong choice and jeopardize my future? These uncertainties led to overwhelming feelings that I struggled to comprehend at the time.
As I matured, I was introduced to the concept of mental health and began to understand its significance in shaping how individuals think, feel, and cope with life’s challenges. This awareness allowed me to reframe my earlier experiences, transforming moments of confusion into meaningful insights into the complexity of the human mind.
Motivated by these experiences, I have developed a strong interest in working within the mental health field. I am passionate about contributing to a society that recognizes and prioritizes psychological well-being.
I am currently on the path to becoming a clinical psychologist. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where your experiences and feelings can be expressed without judgment. I understand how difficult it can be to confront life’s challenges alone. Your life story matters, and I am here to listen, support, and work through it with you.
