Hi, I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Counselling, building on my background in medicine from Universitas Sumatera Utara. My journey from medicine to mental health was fueled by a deep fascination with the human experience and the belief in the power of connection as a vital part of healing.

I’m particularly drawn to the humanistic approach in therapy, combining Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) and existentialism. I also incorporate systemic perspectives and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) into my practice. In our sessions, my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that matter most to you.

Healing isn’t a straight path, and no one should have to walk it alone. My hope is to walk alongside you on this journey—gently exploring your experiences, uncovering what feels meaningful, and moving forward at your own pace. Whether you’re looking for clarity, connection, or simply a space to just be, I’d be honored to hold that space with you.
