My journey into mental health began when someone close to me faced a mental health crisis. That experience profoundly shaped my purpose. At the time, I felt helpless, but it also ignited a deep desire to understand psychological distress and find meaningful ways to support those who are struggling. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting friends and family through their emotional challenges. While those moments were deeply meaningful, they also highlighted the transformative impact of professional help, which I witnessed firsthand in their healing journeys through therapy.
Through my work in clinical settings, I’ve developed a keen interest in psychological assessments and community mental health. I’ve seen how putting a name to someone’s experience can bring clarity, relief, and a renewed sense of direction. I’ve also seen how powerful it can be when mental health conversations are normalized within local communities, breaking down barriers to seeking help.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, or simply in need of a space where you can truly be heard, I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where you can express yourself freely, without fear of judgment. You don’t have to face this alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as we navigate the journey toward healing, understanding, and growth—together.
