My interest in clinical psychology was ignited during my secondary school years when I experienced anxiety and sought help from a clinical psychologist. That experience not only guided me through a challenging period but also demonstrated the profound impact of having someone who truly listens and understands. It fueled my curiosity about the human mind and the inner strength individuals possess, even in moments of overwhelm.

Through my own experiences, I have also come to recognize how the world we inhabit today can subtly influence our mental health. The constant comparison, the pressure to meet expectations, and the feeling of needing to “keep up” can easily lead to anxiety, loneliness, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion.

For this reason, I am particularly interested in supporting individuals who are grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or simply feeling adrift in life. I believe that change often begins when someone feels safe enough to open up and be genuinely heard. My aspiration is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable being yourself, as we work together at a pace that feels right for you.
