Growing up in a family where emotions were not openly discussed and expressed, I had difficulties processing and dealing with my own emotions as a child. That led to some struggles of my own as an adult that I had to face. I was, however, very blessed with a strong social support system in my time of need. Mental health and having proper support are therefore something that is very important to me.

As a counsellor, I want to be part of that support system for you during your struggles and empower you with the resources to face those difficulties. My goal is to provide you with a safe and secure environment in order for us to explore, grow and learn from each other.
