My journey into psychology began with a simple yet significant question: why do I think, feel, and respond the way I do? Through my reflections and experiences, I have come to realize that understanding ourselves is not a one-time achievement but rather a lifelong journey of growth, change, and discovery. An essential part of this journey involves learning to befriend ourselves—embracing both the aspects we take pride in and those we may still find challenging to accept.

I view therapy as a space where individuals can pause and collaboratively make sense of life, including our emotions, relationships, struggles, values, and aspirations. At times, we carry pain that has never been voiced or patterns we do not fully comprehend. I believe there is something profoundly impactful about being met with warmth, curiosity, and compassion during those moments.

Each person’s story is unique, and I feel privileged whenever someone chooses to share theirs. As a trainee clinical psychologist, my aim is to provide a safe, genuine, and respectful environment where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we can work towards a deeper understanding, healing, and a way of living that feels more in harmony with who you are.
