Some storms don’t pass quickly; I know this from personal experience. Having lived and worked in various countries and cultures, and having faced grief, loss, migration, and major life changes, I understand how overwhelming life can sometimes feel.
Coming from a background where emotions were rarely spoken about, I had to learn to understand my inner world and recognise how certain patterns could hold me back. This journey of self-understanding is lifelong but deeply meaningful, continually inspiring my curiosity about people, relationships, and how we grow through challenging experiences.
I offer a compassionate, safe and non-judgemental space for individuals navigating grief, loss, life transitions, career or identity questions, and relationship or family challenges. My hope is to support you in untangling pain, rediscovering your strengths, and reconnecting with what still feels possible. You don’t need to have everything figured out—you just need a place to begin. Even in uncertainty, I believe everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and rediscover meaning. Let’s walk together, one step at a time.
