In a world that can sometimes feel uncertain and overwhelming, I view therapy as a space where individuals can truly feel seen and heard during challenging moments. My own experiences as a child grappling with stress and interpersonal conflicts have shaped my perception of therapy today and inspired me to offer the same warmth to others that I once received.

Since then, this journey has led me to work with youth in various roles, including teaching and student support during the early years of my career. Collaborating with others through periods of transition, emotional challenges, and personal growth has further enhanced my skills and deepened my interest in providing support through a compassionate and collaborative approach.

As your therapist, I aim to create a safe space for you at every step of your journey. I believe that healing occurs gently yet courageously when we allow ourselves to fully engage with our experiences. Together, we will progress at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are trying to make sense of difficult emotions, navigating life transitions, or learning to better understand yourself, I look forward to walking alongside you on your path.
