I have experienced moments of loneliness and times when I did not quite feel that I belonged. Through therapy, I was able to reconnect with my inner self and understand myself more deeply. In that process, I learned to embrace who I am, even when it was not always seen or affirmed by others. From that place of self-acceptance, my confidence grew, and I began forming more meaningful connections where I felt truly seen and understood. 

This journey shaped my belief that vulnerability is not a weakness, but a strength. When we allow ourselves to explore our inner world with honesty and compassion, we build confidence, strengthen our voice, and move toward self-empowerment.
