Through my education, work experiences, and life in general, I’ve found a deep passion for supporting others—especially during those moments when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. I’m endlessly curious about how the human mind works and why we sometimes struggle to bridge the gap between what we do and what we truly want.
I believe everyone has a unique story, filled with ups and downs. Asking for help can be tough, especially when you feel like you should have it all figured out on your own. That’s why I feel genuinely honored to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself—where we can build a relationship based on compassion, honesty, and trust. To me, therapy is a shared journey. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll be here to support you, offer guidance when needed, and remind you that you’re not alone. I value patience, accountability, and staying open to whatever comes up along the way.
As a trainee, it would truly be a privilege to be part of your journey and support you in the ways you need most.
