I am a passionate and empathetic counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to healing and self-discovery. My path into this profession was deeply influenced by my own experiences. Overcoming personal challenges and finding growth through therapy gave me a profound appreciation for its transformative power.

Growing up in a family affected by mental health struggles, I witnessed how deeply these challenges can impact individuals and their loved ones. This inspired me to pursue a career where I could make a meaningful difference. My personal and family experiences instilled in me a unique understanding of resilience and compassion, which I bring into my practice every day.

Professionally, I began working with children, including those with special needs, where I saw the incredible strength and potential within every individual. These experiences motivated me to expand my focus to a broader population, aiming to provide guidance and support to people from all walks of life.

I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to overcome challenges. Using empathy, evidence-based strategies, and a genuine commitment to their well-being, I help individuals and families find hope and build a brighter future together.
