Finding acceptance within myself has been a long and ongoing journey. Growing up can be far from the “sunshine and rainbows” we are led to expect; there are days when life feels messy, heavy, and filled with uncertainty. Like many, I’ve experienced moments of self-doubt and struggled to embrace the parts of my story that felt incomplete or challenging. However, through the support of therapy and self-exploration, I've come to understand that growth may not be about having everything figured out, but rather about summoning the courage to remain with ourselves during hardships and change.

As a trainee clinical psychologist, I recognize how intricate and personal each individual's life can be. Therefore, I aspire to create a shared space that offers authenticity, patience, and support. Together, we can explore various facets of your experience with acceptance and gentleness. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals navigating loss, growth, life transitions, and the burdens of anxiety, depression, or doubt. Ultimately, my goal is to accompany you on a journey of deeper self-understanding and to discover paths forward that resonate more closely with you.

We can start wherever you are, together.
