Showing up for yourself can be difficult at times—we don’t always understand why, or how to keep showing up despite the challenges. This is where meaningful sources of support can make a real difference. Through my own experience with therapy, I’ve learned it can be a powerful tool to reclaim one’s sense of agency and identity in a world that can often feels stressful, overwhelming, or impossible to navigate.
My approach is guided by liberation psychology and anti-oppressive practices, which means I'm mindful of the impact that privilege and oppression can have both inside and outside the therapy room. Drawing from my experiences in community mental health, I work alongside you to create a space focused on liberation—where your stories, your self, and your journey can be explored openly and safely.
Whatever challenges you may be facing—painful thoughts, generational patterns, discrimination, or difficult memories—we will work together to move through these experiences. My goal is to support you in a way that honors your values, culture, and true self.
