Byte Me
Hi everyone! My name is Delwina (you can call me Del for short!), your friendly, Gen Z ‘05 girlie 😉
I’m a proud Penangite and national student athlete, currently in my final year of Psychology at HELP University, where I also serve as a research academic trainee in neuropsychology. Balancing competitive sport, academic rigor, and entrepreneurship has shaped my passion for discipline, resilience, and continuous growth.
Beyond the lecture hall and training mat, I’m deeply invested in personal development and the psychology of high performance. I enjoy guiding students through their academic journeys — whether it’s unpacking complex psychological concepts, strengthening study strategies for exams, or building confidence, motivation, and mental resilience along the way. Supporting both younger and university students in discovering their potential is something I find incredibly meaningful.
Outside of my professional and academic life, I’m an avid reader, a matcha lover with a serious sweet tooth, and you’ll often find me café-hopping around Penang in search of my next favourite spot. To me, success isn’t just about achievements — it’s about growing holistically and helping others do the same.
