Having worked in a supporting role within a counselling centre, I noticed that being authentic allows individuals to build a trusting relationship with their counsellor, which helps create the safe space for people to explore thoughts and feelings and manage deeper concerns in their lives.
My interest in the field of psychology began when I learned to empathise with and give space to those around me, and my work experience in a counselling center strengthened my ambition to become as a licensed counsellor in Malaysia. My goal as a counsellor is to help you foster greater self-awareness so that you will be able to find resources and strengths within yourself to cope with the difficulties that might be holding you back. I look forward to working with you and helping you create the kind of change that will bring meaning and purpose to your life, according to your values and desires.
Bacherlor of Psychology (Hons.)

My approach to counselling is person-centred, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
