About Me
It was during the second year of my undergraduate study that I acquired my firsthand experience of being a client in counselling. Initially, I attended those sessions with the aim to receive extra credit for my study. However, the results of my counselling sessions were fruitful. From there, I was able to uncover more about myself, and those self-realisations still serve as useful life guidance for me until now, which also explains my motive for choosing this field – that is, to help you enhance your self-awareness as the foundation for gaining insights into how you tick that will help you work through whatever you’re experiencing or hoping to explore.
