Everyone has their struggles and untold stories. Isn’t it nice if we could be heard and understood without being judged? I remember when I was struggling with emotion regulation and self-doubt, and I was lucky enough to get a lot of empathetic support to help me cope with my situation.
Since then, my interest in clinical psychology has continued to grow. It sparked my interest more when I realised how helpless I was as I did not know what to do when people close to me faced mental health struggles.
Seeking help is not easy and it requires courage. You have already started your first step of the journey when you are taking the initiative to seek help, and I wish to walk with you. I strive to provide a safe and accepting space with no judgment and with unconditional positive regard in this journey of healing and growth.
