Isn’t it fascinating how everyone is a unique entity of their own? I have been interested in understanding how a person is the way they are now. Through my journey in psychology, I have gotten a deeper understanding of myself, and I hope that I can help you too.
I believe I possess diverse insights regarding mental health due to my experience working with children with developmental disorders (during internship) and with refugee populations. I am also very interested and open to learning about different cultures and how they play a role in one’s personal development and mental health.
Even though we live in this world where we’re all constantly on the go, everyone deserves to be heard and I hope that I can be one of them to provide a safe place and a pair of listening ears to you. Yes, you might experience some nerves as you reach out for help, worrying about what awaits you, but let me tell you how courageous you are the moment you decide to seek help because it is the first step to embark on your journey to heal and grow. Let’s work on this together.
