Several years ago, I faced challenging moments in my life. I felt alone and confused, wondering how I would navigate through my adversity, but I was fortunate to have loving and supporting people to help me cope. It was also around this time that I began engaging myself in community service and it led to an interest of wanting to help people emotionally and mentally.
I realised that life is a journey of highs and lows; in tough times, we seek understanding and support. We want to feel heard, understand what’s going on with us and make sense of it and overcome our struggles.
In my role as your counsellor, my hope is to create a safe and secure environment to share, explore and grow in whatever you are going through. It would be an honour for me to be with you in this journey.
