Nadiah Anwar

The factors that contribute to mental well-being and the intricacies of the human mind have always been an area of fascination and interest for me. As a dedicated trainee clinical psychologist, I am passionate about leveraging my knowledge and expertise to positively impact the lives of individuals in need.

Engaging with various people from a wide range of backgrounds has allowed me to enhance my ability to connect with and understand individuals on a deeper level. Given my brief experience in the corporate world, I am equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics within organisational structures and the impact work-related stress may have on a person’s well-being.

I strive to create a therapeutic alliance with my clients, fostering a trusting and empathetic space for them to share their experiences. By actively listening and showing genuine compassion, I aim to understand their unique perspectives and collaborate on tailored treatment plans that empower them on their healing journey. I believe every person deserves to lead a fulfilling and emotionally balanced life, and I am honoured to contribute to their journey.
