Leen Ahmed

I am passionate about helping individuals feel more accepted for all they are. Often, we are taught to hide away emotions that feel difficult to talk about or deal with. Having worked and volunteered in a hospital and clinics, I have witnessed how severe the outcomes of refusing to accept mental health as a key part of our overall wellbeing can be.

I believe that every human is a complex and unique being, and each of us have different shades of light and darkness within us that can co-exist - and that is where we can find our strengths when given a non-judgemental space. While it can be very hard to take that first step towards healing, that bravery is worth it.

No matter where or which point in life you are at, it would be my honour to walk with you and provide you with a safe space and acceptance where together, we can explore your path towards healing, self-acceptance, and self-discovery.
