Experiencing the benefits of therapy first-hand has driven my pursuit for a career in counselling. I would like to offer other’s avenues for similar experiences by creating a safe, nurturing and non-judgemental space where they can explore their feelings and thoughts openly.
In the field of neuroscience, I learned how psychological stress can manifest physically as fatigue, headaches and burnout. This knowledge led me to appreciate the importance of addressing emotional stress in our lives. Emotional well-being is linked to our overall health and should never be underestimated.
Emotional stress does not necessarily have to be visible to seek therapy. Therapy can also be an exercise for the mind. It is a path accessible to all individuals. As your therapist, my priority will be to foster a sensitive and collaborative approach for genuine connection. I look forward to working with you to build a space where you can feel heard, validated and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.
