About Me

I was inspired to pursue a counselling career after witnessing how counselling empowered people when I worked as a psychologist assistant in a mental health centre. The self-awareness and growth that I attained through attending counselling sessions also made me a strong believer in the benefits of counselling.

As human beings, life struggles are inevitable and there might be times when we feel lonely, stuck, or lost. Nevertheless, we need not face our struggles alone. We can always give ourselves permission to reach out for support and I sincerely believe that reaching out is not a weakness but rather a strength.

If you are reaching out for support, you deserve appreciation for the courageous initiative that you are taking to make changes in your life. In our counselling sessions, a safe space will be provided for you to share your stories and vulnerabilities. I strive to be a non-judgmental listener as well as a supportive companion who will guide you along your self-exploration journey and facilitate changes that will help you achieve a more fulfilling life based on your personal values.
