My interest in psychology began when I was 14 and has continued to grow throughout my journey toward becoming a clinical psychologist. I previously worked as a behavioral therapist, supporting children with neurodevelopmental conditions. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of how mental health challenges impact not just the individual, but also their families, relationships, and daily life. It also ignited my passion for working with children and youth. Now, as a clinical psychology trainee, I’m eager to broaden my horizons and explore working with diverse populations and a range of presenting concerns.
I believe each person is like a puzzle—every piece, no matter how small, plays an important role in the bigger picture. Our life experiences, both joyful and difficult, shape who we are. In my work, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, deepen your self-understanding, and move toward healing or growth at your own pace.
Challenges such as stress, self-doubt, and relationship struggles are part of the human experience—and I’ve faced them too. I know how heavy it can feel to carry those burdens alone. That’s why I’m dedicated to offering a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where no concern is ever “too small” or “too big.”
