Talking about mental health wasn’t something I found easy growing up. It was often seen as taboo, and I remember wondering why—especially when I saw loved ones around me struggling with mental health issues. That curiosity grew into a desire to understand them better. Over time, as I learned about psychology and reflected on my own experiences with mental health, I realized how powerful it can be to share your thoughts and have open conversations about mental well-being. This realization inspired me to pursue clinical psychology, with a commitment to helping others and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
I believe therapy is a deeply personal journey—unique to every individual. Just like no two snowflakes are alike, no two people will experience therapy in the same way. As your therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you, creating a safe and judgment-free space where you feel supported to explore, understand, and learn about yourself.
Seeking help can feel intimidating, but it’s an act of incredible courage. You don’t have to face it alone—I’ll be here to support you every step of the way as we navigate this journey together.
