My career underwent a transformation. I used to be a journalist and always witnessed people suffering in their lives. This led me to ponder on the kind of fulfilling life I wish to lead in the future. That's where my journey toward becoming a counsellor began. I knew I had a huge interest in psychology and a fascination with the human mind. This motivated me to return to university and learn. I also started volunteering with groups facing struggles and helplessness. I felt lost and anxious about my future, doubting my choices. I spent many formative days, and this process led me to search for the meaning behind anxiety.

For as long as I can remember, I've been a typical introvert, and the journey as a volunteer helped me discover myself better. My approach centers around creating a non-judgmental environment, genuineness and congruence and these were developed during my volunteering process. I believe everyone can create their unique life and growth potential. I am here to provide a space where you feel supported, heard, and valued. Counselling is a lifelong learning process, and I appreciate your trust. I embrace the opportunity to work with you, to learn, and to grow together.
