Growing up in an environment eclipsed by domestic violence, I learned firsthand the profound impact of psychological factors on individuals and relationships. This experience fuelled my curiosity about the human mind, fostering deep empathy for those facing similar challenges. It became clear that addressing mental well-being is crucial for positive change, driving my commitment to counselling.

As your counsellor, I aim to provide a safe space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered on your journey of self-discovery. Recognising the uniqueness of each story, my approach centres on creating a non-judgemental, empathetic environment. Together, we’ll navigate emotions and aspirations, building a collaborative relationship based on trust.

I strongly believe in your inherent resilience and growth potential. My counselling is rooted in the optimistic view that, no matter the storm, shore is possible. Let me help you navigate the currents, rowing oar for oar towards calmer waters.
