Have you ever felt like you are carrying a heavy burden and there is no way out? Have you ever felt like there was no one to turn to, no one who can listen and understand you? Battling with mental health can be a lonely and tough place to be. But guess what? You really don’t have to face it alone.

Thank you for having the courage to reach out, even if it’s just by scrolling through our webpage. Therapy might seem like a daunting word, especially in a society where it’s fun and easy to talk about positive things, but a taboo and difficult to discuss hardships and mental health. But trust me, it is okay to not be okay and to be open about it.

My passion for mental health stems from a deep desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives, however small it is. In therapy, my goal is to host a safe space where you are allowed to be vulnerable and be you, as a human being. I want to be there for you and to walk with you in your journey to heal.

In case you need a reminder: Be kind to yourself. You deserve to be happy.
