For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a deep-seated passion for helping others. While this passion has taken many forms throughout my life, it’s within Clinical Psychology that I’ve truly seen the transformative impact of a supportive environment on someone’s journey. I know firsthand how daunting vulnerability can feel. But I’ve also witnessed how, in the right space, that vulnerability can grow into meaningful and lasting change.

As a trainee, my goal is to create that safe and encouraging space for you—a place where you feel supported as you navigate life’s challenges and work toward growth. It would be an honour to stand by your side on this journey. Together, we can face whatever life may bring with courage and purpose.
