Learning about mental health was a real turning point for me. Before that, I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to do—nothing seemed to spark that deep passion or feel quite right. But after facing my own struggles and witnessing those around me go through their challenges, I discovered a path that felt meaningful. It opened my eyes to how powerful it is to receive support—and how isolating it can be when that support is missing. That’s when I knew I wanted to help create that space for others: a space to be heard, to be real, and to be helped.

Your mental wellbeing matters, whether you’re facing something big or just carrying something heavy that no one else sees. I’m here to walk alongside you, supporting you through the tough parts and moving toward the version of yourself you want to become.
