I believe that embracing our emotions and experiences whether positive or negative is key to personal growth. Life has a way of throwing us challenges, and while these moments can feel overwhelming, they also hold opportunities for transformation and self-discovery.

My journey as a counsellor began during some of the most challenging moments in my life when I felt overwhelmed and uncertain. It was during those times that the unwavering support of my family, the understanding of friends, and my own experiences in counselling gave me the space to truly be myself. I remember the relief of being heard without judgment and the sense of empowerment that came with realizing I wasn’t alone. These experiences profoundly shaped my belief in the power of a safe and supportive space, and they continue to inspire the work I do in my own journey.

As a trainee counsellor, I’m passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel heard and understood even during life’s most difficult times. I believe that everyone has the potential to grow and heal, and sometimes all it takes is a little support to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It would be my pleasure to start this journey with you.
