About Me

A challenge many of us face is having feelings inside our hearts that we struggle to put into words. Acknowledging our own feelings is important. Each of us has the right to feel whatever emotions we contain: it is not dramatic, exaggerated, or shameful but a normal part of being human.

It’s my view that you are the expert of your life, and it is my role to guide you as you navigate the obstacles and challenges that you are currently facing. Confronting our problems and working toward change can feel overwhelming, but any change that’s worthwhile takes some time and effort and I am happy to help you in this process.

Working with you in your counselling journey, I will offer you an empathetic and accepting space as we acknowledge and explore your worldview and what’s currently on your mind. Regardless of culture or background, I believe everyone should have the opportunity to be valued, respected, and heard, and it will be my privilege to help you to discover what matters to you and how you can create a rich and purposeful life.
