My journey toward being a counsellor began with a huge interest in psychology and a fascination with the human mind. At an early age, I had faced multiple stressors and challenges within different domains of my life which brought me to my lowest and darkest point.
I realised that I was not alone in facing my personal battles as we each have our unique struggles and challenges. This realisation sprouts a new purpose within me – to help those who need guidance in facing their personal battles. What some of us may have failed to realise is that sometimes, it is not a battle that needs to be fought alone. At times, all we need is to be heard, understood, and to make sense of what is happening within and outside of ourselves.
I would be honoured in assisting you to confront your own challenges and impasses. As your counsellor, my main priority is to provide you with a safe and secure environment to share, explore, and understand yourself better while lending an ear with no judgements and pure genuineness. Allow me to help you seek or create the light within your darkness and know that you are not alone in this life.
