About Me

I have always been curious about the human nature – our minds, behaviours, and motivations in life. Curiosity has been a strong drive for me; but, over the years, I have also come to realise how much this subject meant for me personally. I have learned that everything in life, no matter big or small, has had a huge impact on who I am as a person today – my worldview, and my mental health.

As someone who grew up in a conservative household, I have also found a new passion in educating the public about mental health issues and providing my support and help to those who may feel like they are trapped or struggling alone. I hope to be able to provide you with a safe space and an opportunity to rediscover yourself and what’s most important to you, as you navigate through the ups and downs of life.
