About Me

Being in touch with our feelings can be complicated and overwhelming sometimes that we overlook how emotions are important guides of our behaviour. My curiosity in psychology stemmed from my interactions with the people around me during my teenage years, which furthered my interest in mental health and counselling. I had questions regarding human behaviour and I was enlightened by how a person’s motivation and efforts help shape behaviour when emotions accounted for and processed properly.

Like the movie Inside Out, sometimes we hope to be like Joy, to feel happiness all the time, but there will be times where Sadness unexpectedly arrives at the scene. As a counsellor, I believe we can rediscover our strength and resilience in facing challenges by giving voice to our feelings. Taking the leap to facilitate change can be daunting, and so I hope to be there for you by walking with you through the journey of developing and embracing a sense of your whole self.
