Having faced several significant changes and challenges that deeply affected me, engaging in therapy helped me regain my sense of self. Through sessions with my therapist, I found my purpose: to serve others who may be suffering on their own. As such, I wish to hold a safe space for you to share your story so that you no longer hold on to the past or depend on the future for salvation.
In our sessions, I will draw upon principles and techniques from ACT and MBCT to promote a more meaningful life and cultivate mindfulness in everyday moments. We will explore together to create a life on your terms while embracing the journey as much as the destination.
