My passion for helping people to live meaningfully amid challenges deepened when I worked with children and parents of different backgrounds. The experiences inspired me to further improve my skills and understanding. The journey with them humbled me and guided me to be kind, patient, and non-judgemental.
All of us will face challenges and feel stuck at some point; nevertheless, our experiences are part of who we are today. I believe that asking ourselves “What happened?” provides us with a space to express ourselves and allows us to accept as well as to be kind to ourselves. In our sessions, I wish to hold a safe place for you to express your feelings and story, gain new insights, and journey with you through your healing process.
