As a counsellor, I am intrigued by the transformative power of compassionate guidance and support I can offer to those around me. For the longest time, it was difficult for me to find purpose in my life and understanding the psychology behind the human mind altered this for me. In a world where people often face personal challenges, emotional struggles and overwhelming stressors, I knew I wanted to be a source of help and hope.
Throughout my time learning about mental health, I learned to recognise the importance of mental health in overall well-being. I explored many facets of myself that I had not known were present and this included my own mental health. The complexity of life is the one constant shared by us all and sometimes all we need is a little guidance to navigate it.
It would be an honour for me to help facilitate your self-exploration and a healthier understanding of yourself – be it managing your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, or perhaps simply trying to find your way. I look forward to working with you to discover your strengths and resilience amid the chaos of life.
