“Just be yourself!” This seemingly upbeat and motivating phrase can be hard for us to embrace. Many of us tend to “wear a mask” and live our lives according to how we feel others expect us to be. As a result, we can lose sight of who we are and instead maintain a persona that is not truly who we are.
In my own journey of seeking help to know myself better, I have experienced significant challenges and difficulties in my life that were tough to navigate. Despite the bumps in the road, I maintain a strong belief in the value of the journey of learning and discovery on the way to knowing our authentic self.
In our sessions, we will work together to create a safe space where, at your own pace, we’ll explore whatever’s on your mind – whether it be past, present, or future-orientated – so that you may understand and overcome any obstacles that get in the way of living life on your terms.
