About Me
‘For it is in giving that we receive.’ I believe that the act of giving enriches our lives as much as it does the lives of those that we help, as it provides us with a sense of fulfilment and purpose.
Having gone through some major life events, I understand how anxiety, stress, and other mental health concerns can impact our lives. Amid those struggles, I learned that feeling truly heard and understood can be a powerful thing, as it provides a sense of support that can empower us to overcome even the toughest of challenges. These experiences also shaped my empathy towards others and taught me the importance of resilience and the power of seeking help when needed.
As your therapist, my hope is to provide you with a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment, where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety or other mental health concerns, know that there is hope for healing and growth. It takes courage to seek help and it would be an honour to be a part of that journey with you.
